Building and trimming tips from the designer Ismael Sarioglu
**** Finishing ****
1-Make sure that you have 2.5mm Wash Out at both tips, 1.5 mm at right mid. panel and a straight left mid. panel before covering. Tip Wash Outs are given by skewed dihedral joints.Wet the tissue panel by panel and let it dry pinned with correct warps, using small balsa tabs at corners.
3- Always use winding tube and fuse.
4-Around 800-900 turns, the rudder should be at full left. Approximately 1.0 ->1.5 mm
5-From the fuselage, give 1.2 mm Right Thrust, 0° Down/Up
*** Flying ***
6- Start with un-powered glide test and go on with 200 turns until you have a reasonable glide.
7- Go on with 400 and 600 turns. Make minor corrections with stab, right rudder and right thrust.
8 - At 900 turns, let the propeller turn for 4 sec. before lunch. At this stage, you should have a nice spiral climb and a good glide. Adjust until you finalize spiral climb and glide.
9- Go to 1200 turns. Check Auto Rudder. Launch the model at 60° up, slightly right of wind but not by more than 5°. Adjust the left rudder, until you get a straight climb into the wind for the first 5 sec. The model can make a very flat S turn , first to left of wind, then right. If Center of Gravity is right, it should not loop under power.
